G’DAY, FRIENDS CALL ME “CHRIS”

Did you know living in poverty is work? Have you heard of a schizophrenic family? Are you aware of the violence inherent in the system? Has wealth overcoming your Would you give up everything to be wealthy? If you answered ‘No’ to any of these questions, you need me!

My academic work is in economics, social science and social work. My research has focused on the social construction of intangible values, such as unemployment, disability, family bonds, school education and environment and technology. These values are embedded in various aspects of society, and I study them with a crypto marxist post-deconstructional pro-feminist poetry lens.

I currently run a soup kitchen. I provide a spare bed for homeless men. I run a business teaching craft for people with a disability. I sing around Hobart including song halls for old timers. And I’m building a charity.

I would love to hear from you!
