Visit someone recently released from Psyche Hospital: There condition might be worse. They might be juggling medications. They might believe psychiatrist rather than themselves. Family might be panicking.
Working with Absent Children. Hope can be on the dinner table when a long lost child returns. Parents needs for a relationship can be exposed. Consider re-defining the word parent.
Working with Mum’s Mum. Why are daughters exhausted by caring. Consider changing the way you care via a care strategy. And change asking those who don’t do the caring for ways to care.

Planned Change
Working with Users. I am a sober companion. ‘Using’ is a social problem. Drinking splits the gender up the middle.
Working with Homeless. Homeless lack capital interests. Sleeping rough is a constant state of being.
Working with the Quiet. Culture is demanding, meaning there is always something to say. Groups are in constant conflict with quiet people. Quiet people can form their own group.
Working with Prisoners. An expectation of further crime can add context to crime. Crime can be framed within a narrative. Prisoners can lack motivation for the straight and narrow. Crime is gendered.
Working with Artists. Art can be framed within a narrative. The labour of art is alienated. Usually middle class people. Usually highly motivated. Usually involves drinking.
Working with Animals. Animal don’t say much. They are also good listeners. Animals also like to cuddle. Horses are incredible animal’s. Small animals can breed contempt. Narratives build around animals which has nothing to do with them.
Work with Men. Mothers can say a lot about their sons. Men can be socially isolated because they are sexist or racist or a bigot. Mens groups are gendered, and not homosexual. Men form a critical mass. Aggression is directly proportional to the square root of distance for men.

Yelling: For people who use yelling as a means to get what they want. This behaviour can be challenging to address, but services and strategies can help. It’s essential to understand that yelling is often a coping mechanism for underlying issues such as anxiety, frustration, or trauma. Therefore, approaches should focus on addressing these underlying concerns. By addressing the root causes of yelling and providing individuals with healthy alternatives p, we can help them develop more effective communication skills and improve their relationships with others.
